If an item arrives faulty or damaged it can be exchanged for a new product or for a full refund of money. This can be lodged by emailing lifegoesonclothingco@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged product.
Products are shipped all over Australia through Australia post. Orders are shipped within 3 business days and will arrive between 3 - 7 business days. If your order says it has been delivered but has not arrived, please email lifegoesonclothingco@gmail.com.
